Piano
At Amoroso, we offer classical and modern piano courses. Moving away from conventional teaching, we start off by cultivating the student’s interest by playing songs that they love and focus on technical skills only in the intermediary level. We cater to every student’s needs by guiding and exposing them to various technical skills based on their learning pace.
Violin
First and foremost, we will emphasize on theory skills required for reading scores and posture of the students when playing the violin. Students will face many challenges in terms of coordination and determining the right pitch when playing the violin, our teachers will ensure that the students have a solid basics before moving on to the next learning steps.
It is optional for students to purchase the Violin at the beginning stage and the school will provide the Violin during lessons. Students are able to practice violin twice a week (30 minutes each) for free; however, this service require advanced booking.
Guitar
At Amoroso, we offer acoustic, classical, and ukulele courses. For beginners (age below 8), we will expose the students to Ukulele in order to prepare and allow them to adapt faster and quicker for the technical skills required for guitar. Adults may choose to begin from Ukulele.
To cultivate the student’s interest for acoustic guitar, they may choose to play songs that they love and sing concurrently. For classical guitar, we will focus heavily on technical skills and techniques.
Vocal
At Amoroso, we offer pop and classical (above 8 years old) vocal lessons. We will focus heavily on vocal enhancement techniques, training, exercises and most importantly how to take care their voice. Students will be exposed to songs that they love to ensure continued interest in this area.
